At Mario Badescu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship to Our Facility
Send your package using a traceable shipping method to our returns department; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
